It was something I didn't expect because I felt all hospital staff attend to their patients the same rude way...Hmmm...But I decided to try Westend Hospital this time around and it was something different from what I was expecting, the staff attended to me quickly, smartly and with warm smiles and now my husband and I have decided to use Westend Hospital often when the need arises.
