Mrs. Loretta Mowarin is the Human resources Manager at Westend Hospital. She has gained broad expertise in Talent Recruitment/Development. Her job responsibilities cuts across Acquisition of prospective personnel, Intra employee relationship management , employee benefit and compensation scheme, employee training development, and general performance evaluation.

In addition to this her versed exposure about the Quality management System has annex her capacity to Assure and Control service delivery in the office of Quality Assurance/control Manager having fulfilled Quality criteria and granted 25 PDU (Professional Development Unit), Certified as Lead Auditor and Implementer for ISO 9001:2015.

She has undergone various training including: -
