Biography

She is currently working in the capacity of Operations Manager at Westend Hospital; she ensures that the operations across the hospital align with Westend Hospital's vision and strategic objectives and are also in line with standard operating procedures.

She oversees the day-to-day running of the hospital, and routine operations

She is also involved with formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, and securing compliance by ensuring that best practices are followed.

She has been with the hospital for about 10 years, and over this period she has served in various capacities including working at the Front Desk and supervising the hospital's family retainership program.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
